Actinera® products may be returned unused / unopen for a full refund within 45 days. Products may also be returned open / used for a full refund (return postage paid) via our 14-day money-back guarantee. Terms for both policies are listed below.

 

Actinera® 14-Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee

All of the products sold on https://actinera.com are covered by our 14-day full-money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your product quality or results, we will refund your full original purchase price of the product(s). The 14 day period starts as soon as the product(s) tracking number shows as delivered to your listed address. After this 14 day period, you cannot return opened/used products for a refund.

To request a refund under this policy, follow the steps listed below:

  1. If you meet the terms for the 14-day refund policy, please contact us. You can reach us by email by using the contact form on our contact page or by responding to a previous email from us such as an order update. You can also call our toll-free number, however, to process refunds we need an email response.
  2. In the email or phone call (or message), state that you want a full refund and supply your basic order details such as order number and name.
  3. The support staff will look up the order to make sure it applies to the policy and then respond with a confirmation as well as a return shipping label in .pdf format.
  4. Wrap the products you wish to return in the original box or another package and bring to a post office. The post office will scan the label we supply to you so that you do not need to pay for return postage.
  5. Once the products have been accepted at the post office, message support staff again to say that you have returned.
  6. The support staff will then check the return label tracking on their end to make sure the post office has scanned the return package and then reverse the credit card charges immediately.
  7. You will be sent another email from us stating the order and refund amount. Please allow 3-4 business days for the reversed charges to reflect on your bank statement. The funds are usually available immediately after the refund even if it doesn’t reflect on your statement.

NOTE: If you purchased an Actinera® product anywhere outside of actinera.com or through our toll-free line, you must return those products to the original retailer that sold you the products.

 

Unopened Package Returns & Exchanges Policy

Under our 45-day return and exchange policy, we allow all unopened products to be returned or exchanged within this window. The 45-day period starts after the tracking number shows as delivered to the correct address. We only accept returns/exchanges direct from orders placed on https://actinera.com or from our toll-free line placed over the phone. The products you wish to return must have not been tampered with and have the original seals and protective packaging in place. Any returns that have been tampered with cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To return an unopened product to actinera.com, follow the steps below:

  3. Wrap the products you wish to return in the original box or another package and bring to a post office. Pay for the postage and note down the tracking number for reference.
  4. Once the parcel is returned to us and inspected, customer support will process the request.
  5. If you requested a refund, you will get an email stating that the order has been refunded. If you requested an exchange, a new email with the new tracking number will be issued as soon as the exchanged products ship out.

NOTE: Refunds can take 3-4 business days to reflect on your credit card statement. Funds are usually available immediately.
